What sleeping positions does the Kaimin Pro support?

All three. The extended wing panels support side sleepers, the central cervical curve supports back sleepers, and the pressure-relief hollow in the centre is ideal for stomach sleepers. Most customers find they can rotate naturally throughout the night without losing support.

What is the pillow made from?

The core is CertiPUR-US® certified high-density memory foam — free from harmful chemicals and built to last. The cover is a 60/40 polyester–bamboo blend with a quilted jacquard finish, and is both removable and machine washable at 30°C.

Is it suitable for people with neck or back pain?

Yes — in fact, that's exactly who we designed it for. The Kaimin Pro's butterfly contour is specifically engineered to maintain neutral spinal alignment, which is the primary contributor to neck and upper back tension during sleep. We always recommend consulting a healthcare professional for chronic conditions.

How long does it take to adjust to the new pillow?

Most customers notice a difference within the first 3 nights. We recommend giving it at least 7 nights for your neck and shoulders to fully adjust to proper alignment.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged at £3.99. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for £6.99.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Express delivery is next working day if ordered before 2pm.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you're not sleeping better, contact us within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. We'll arrange collection at no cost to you.
